Letting it GO
I hold so much animosity, resentment, hostility towards a select few in my life.. I feel/felt pain to the core. Pain that made me weak to my knees, that took over my mind, that made me not only mentally ill but physically ill as well. I’ve been hurt and felt sorrow that engulfed my soul. Crying took over my life! There were good days here in there, but those were quickly taken over by days...
